At Florida Paradise Villas, we take pride in the spectacular vacation rentals we offer in the Disney World Orlando area.  We offer only well-maintained and clean homes and great customer service to back up each one of the homes we offer.

Because of the increasing demand for other Florida vacation rentals from our clients, we are now beginning to branch out and offer some other accommodations, such as beach homes, corporate housing and short term furnished rentals even outside the Orlando area.  We do have some qualifications for these homes.  They must be clean, well-maintained, and we must be able to contact the local manager in case of any complaints, or urgent issues so our guest is taken care of properly.  Our guests are always our first priority, therefore, to recommend another home outside our vicinity, we must be confident they will have the same service we offer.

We offer several distinct ways you can advertise on our site:

• $400/yr Listing with E-Request--Similar to a typical vacation rental listing, we would list your contact phone number, and the potential client would contact you directly to inquire about renting your home.  Your listing will be similar to those listed on our "all accommodations page" however will not show an availability calendar.  Show up to 20 photos and a full description of the home.  We will NOT take commissions on this listing type.
• $60/yr Online Booking With Credit Card Processing --Take advantage of our highly advanced online reservation system.  You will be REQUIRED to keep your rental calendar up to date, to avoid any possibility of overbooking.  Your listing will include:
  • All of the above, PLUS
  • Credit card processing automatically handled online.  You can specify a required deposit at the time of reservation, or payment in full. 
  • We will collect the funds, handle the forms, answer the clients questions, and pay you a net rate that you specify. 
  • You set net rates to us for your rate seasons.  The rates shown online will include our fees for this service, the "NET" is the portion you keep plus any taxes or fees (such as pool heat, BBQ/crib rentals, clean fees, etc.) applicable.
• E-Blast--If your property fits the needs of our current, past and potential clients, we can offer you an email blast to our database of currently 9000 travel agents, meeting planners, corporate housing coordinators, recent travel show attendees, recent inquirers, previous guests and VIP members.  We have not bought or rented these emails, and they are all active opt-in subscribers to our newsletters.  A small ad on our regular scheduled newsletter is only $400, limited availability, only one newsletter per month.  Or, for our rate of $1400, including professional design, we will send out a special newsletter featuring ONLY your home!  Give us your message, or just send us to your website for ideas, upon your ad approval, we will send it out the same business day in most cases! We can send you a sample newsletter upon request.
