RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum rental age 25 in most homes. Please be aware of maximum occupancies posted. Florida state conducts spot checks periodically, and we must comply with these fire code safety regulations. We can not offer refunds if you violate this policy and are forced to leave premises by officials.
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Check-in is strictly 4:00 p.m. or later, check-out is strictly 10:00 a.m. or prior. Most homes require 6 hours to clean. Special arrangements are sometimes available with advance notice. To enable us to continue offering a convenient check-in procedure, we appreciate your understanding of this policy.
ARRIVAL DIRECTIONS
Arrival directions will be emailed to you no later than one week prior to arrival. If you have no access to email, we can fax or mail them. If you do not receive your directions, please email a reply to your confirmation letter, or call 1-866-939-7376.
PAYMENT POLICY
Floridays Orlando Resort accepts payment on arrival, all other condos and vacation homes require 50% deposit at the time of reservation, balance due in full 60 days prior to arrival. Signed Rental Agreement, Registration Form and enlarged copy of driver's license are required at the time of reservation, and may be faxed to 1-888-696-4511. Payment methods accepted: Visa/MasterCard, Discover, American Express. A confirmation will be emailed immediately upon reservation. Ticket orders must be paid prior to final rental payment to qualify for package discounted prices. Car rentals are paid on arrival.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We offer travel insurance with coverage for trip cancellation, delay, interruption, baggage loss, medical, accident and more, which will cover your entire party for the total cost should you need to cancel for any covered emergency. Pre-existing conditions are covered, as long as you purchase this policy with your first deposit. Read our Travel Insurance FAQs
FEES
Rates do not include 12.5-13% lodging & state tax. Departure fees vary based on property size $75-140. These fees can be waived for stays exceeding 7-10 nights, and are not required in Floridays Orlando Resort. The fee will be disclosed to you during your reservation process. An accidental damage waiver is offered at $79 and covers up to $1500, a security deposit is NOT also required! Any negligent or intentional damages caused or additional cleaning in excess of what we deem part of a normal clean, are the responsibility of the guest.
OPTIONS
BBQ rentals available in private homes. Pack n’ Play/high chair rentals available, full size cribs, roll-away beds and more. Please reserve these items at least one week in advance, subject to availability. We also offer wholesale tickets, car rentals, grocery delivery, shuttle services and more.
POOL HEATING
Pool heating is weather permitting, non-refundable and must be booked in advance to be guaranteed. There is a supplemental charge of $30 per day or $40 including spa heat (where available) and is required for the entire length of your stay, exceptions may be available in stays over 2 weeks. If the pool heat is requested after arrival, a $25.00 fee applies. Please note, during the cold winter months (typically December through mid March), if the air temperature drops below 55 degrees in the evening, although the heaters operate for longer hours they will not be very effective, however refunds are not available. Our resort homes offer gas-heated community pools as well, which will be warm.
WHAT TO BRING
Your home is a fully equipped with cookware & dinnerware, linens, towels, a start up packs of toilet tissue and soap. Most homes are self-catered. You may wish to pack your own washcloths and beach towels, shampoo and other toiletries. Other items can be purchased locally. All homes are within 5 minutes of grocery and convenience stores, some resorts offer a sundry shop. Crib linen cannot be provided by law.
NO SMOKING OR PETS
All homes are non-smoking. Pets are not permitted in our homes and if it is discovered that a pet has been in a home, there is an automatic charge to cover the cost of professionally cleaning carpets and upholstery. There is an additional charge should a pest control company’s services be required or for damages. We have a few homes that allow pets up to 25llbs, with a $250.00 non-refundable deposit. Pets must only be allowed in living areas, off furniture, out of bedrooms, and preferably in a crate when not attended. Additional cleaning or damage costs will be the responsibility of the guest.
KEYS
You must leave the key inside the lockbox at ALL times. If you remove the key and get locked out there will be a $50 call out charge. If you remove the key and do not return upon your departure you will be charged for new locks to be fitted.
OVERSIZED VEHICLES
Please note that most resorts do not allow oversized vehicles, RV’s, boats, trailers or buses. Windsor Hills Resort does have a large vehicle parking area first come first serve, no reservations available. Please ask about areas to park if you bring larger vehicles, we can recommend low cost nearby campgrounds.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
We will make any attempt to accommodate your special requests for a specific home, amenities such as spa, game room, etc, and in most cases you will receive your requested home. Under extreme circumstances, it may not be possible. If a home becomes unavailable for a reason beyond our control, you will be notified and offered replacement options until you are satisfied. If the alternatives are unsatisfactory, you will be offered the option of cancelation with full refund at that time so that you may find an alternative.
